Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds Are Issued In the Following Cases:
- The package or product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product inside the package is not in acceptable condition.
- You’re not satisfied with the taste or results — as part of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
For money-back guarantee claims, customers must submit a written explanation detailing why the product did not meet expectations. Our customer service team will assess the submission and notify you whether the claim has been accepted.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
