1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer both standard and expedited delivery options. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 (or equivalent in local currency). The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. If offered, the option will appear at checkout. Additional fees may apply and are clearly stated before order confirmation.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs office.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.
