How to brew:

2g per cup (1-2 tea spoons), 90°C water, brew for 5–10 minutes.

For a lighter cup, brew shorter. For stronger, brew longer.

For a stronger cup: Boil the tea with water for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat and steep for 5–10 minutes.

For iced tea: Brew it strong, let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve over ice and add lemon if you want a fresher finish.
