Scoop 2 grams (or 1 tablespoon) of the blend for every 200-250 ml / 6-8 oz of water. If you prefer a stronger brew, you can adjust the amount of tea or water accordingly.

Heat the water to 80°C (176°F).

Pour water over the tea and let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Choose the time based on how intense you want your flavor.

Strain, sip, and enjoy the goodness. Add a touch of honey or your favorite sweetener if you like.
